Competitive Climbers.

Meg specializes in working with athletes and recognizes that the work done here is as much mental as it is physical. She’ll hone your technique, help you correct movement inefficiencies, focus your goals, and develop strong mental habits and techniques to achieve peak performance when it matters most.

You’ll work together to build a plan that works for you whether it’s in person, remote only, or a mix of the two. You pick which modality is best for you, and you’ll be able to customize your plan based on your goals and needs and how much monthly, weekly, or daily coaching you want with Meg.

Does this really work? Especially remotely? Well, yes. But don’t just take her word for it.

Recreational Climbers.

Meg wants to help make climbers for life so you deserve to be here as much as anyone! Part of this is ensuring that you continually improve, develop efficient movement patterns, and feel supported every step of the way.

Meg utilizes in-person lessons, remote video analysis, strength and conditioning programs, and climbing specific programming. Whether you’re just starting out or been in the game long enough to know you need a little help getting through a plateau, climbing with Meg can you there.
