Meg has been one of my favorite coaches. She has a way of seeing the things that aren’t obvious and voicing them in helpful and constructive ways. Coaches like Meg are hard to come by and I’m glad I’ve gotten the chance to work with her.

Her knowledge is extremely helpful both from a physical and psychological perspective. She was always there to give helpful advice and tell us how we can improve our methodology both mentally and physically for the next round. I hold her in high regard as a coach!

Remote coaching has been really really good for me. It is honestly everything I need in coaching right now. It is flexible and I know the workouts ahead of time so I can plan when to do them so I am not rushed. I can see visible progress in things that I wouldn’t before (like running) and that progress motivates me a lot.

Meg is also super available and makes sure to always respond to the workout comments. If I put in the effort she will put it back in making new workouts and adding and changing protocols to match exactly what I need. I see myself getting so much stronger and even on the days I may not want to workout, I never regret it. She gives the perfect amount of push.

Working with Meg has been really helpful. For me, I feel like this is the guide to the next level in my climbing.

— Remote Athlete, National Champion

I’ve loved working with Meghan! She has an amazing way of understanding her climber’s needs and tailoring her program to them. Since I’ve started working with her, she’s helped me address not only the physical and technical side of climbing, but the mental side as well, and helped me step out of my comfort zone.

Meg is an amazing coach to work with. She helps her athletes see their potential and pushes them towards it in a positive way. She helps them learn from their mistakes, dream big, and achieve their goals!

“Meghan has been working with my son remotely for the past year and she is a phenomenal coach, providing personalized training plans and guidance to help him meet his goals. She inspires him to work hard, reach his highest potential, and have a ton of fun along the way.”

— Remote Athlete Parent,
2019 Youth Pan-American Champion

“Incredibly fortunate to be working with Meg. There are so many aspects to climbing from the physical and technical skills to the all important mental game. Meg has a way of understanding each individual climber and working on their strengths while helping them to improve where needed. She has been an inspiration and role model to my daughter for climbing and more importantly in life.”

— Remote Athlete Parent

“More than just the successes and accomplishments on the wall though, your presence, patience, and approach to helping my daughter grow as a climber and as a person is the thing we really appreciate. She was there, with what seemed to be the right balance of teaching and caring.”

— Athlete Parent

She has a unique ability to connect with her climbers off-the-wall that builds trust and confidence that they then translate to competitions, as well as other aspects of their lives. Her climbers all respect and admire her, often striving to model themselves after how she interacts with others. The success of the Team Rock program is driven in large part through the culture of caring that Meghan has built among teammates.
